After upgrading to Pop!_OS 20.10, bluetoothd no longer starts

After upgrading, bluetooth does not work at all, trying to start bluetoothd in the console returns
Code:D-Bus setup failed: Connection ":1.346" is not allowed to own the service "org.bluez" due to security policies in the configuration fileI've tried to purge bluez* but I am now completely unable to install bluez as well because the bluetooth.service fails to start
