What's in the Netcraft web server survey category "other"?

Netcraft's October 2020 web server survey shows that for the market share among active sites, Apache2 is dropping noticeably, nginx is declining somewhat, and IIS is plummeting very much out of control.
The one category picking up the difference is that of "Other". Little information is given on the Netcraft page as to the composition of "Other". I presume it includes Flask and a few other similar methods. Any clue as to what technologies are encompassed by "Other" there? What additional tools are gaining popularity for HTTP / HTTPS services?
