Unable to SCP from Slackware 14.1 Laptop to Slackware 14.2 Laptop
by jefsa from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5B562)
Hello,
Testing out Slackware 14.2.
From a laptop loaded with Slackware 14.1, I find that I am unable to SCP to a Slackware 14.2 laptop.
I receive a "Permission denied" message from the Slackware 14.1 device. However, from the Slackware 14.2
to 14.1 it works fine.
On the 14.1 laptop I tried different approaches under the /etc/ssh/ssh_config file, adding and editing HostkeyAlgorithms and KexAlgorithms parameters. Still unable to SCP over.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Regards,
jefsa
