Network Either Slow Or Constantly Interrupted After Upgrade to Linux Mint Ulyana 20

Hi all,

similar to other users I also encounter network problems after upgrading the newest Linux Mint edition.

I have also posted this question on the Linux Mint forum, so far haven't found the solution: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtop...30712#p1930712

Other computers in the network like smartphone, iPad, iMac of my girlfriend, Windows computer do not experience any issues. Even when connected to the internet (via wifi or LAN) all of the following happen in random order:

1. slow page loading
2. interrupted internet connections
3. webpages only partially loading
4. downloads interrupted
5. when trying to ping a server I received package run times of several thousand ms and package loss ranging between at least 30% to 90%, most often more than 60% or no server reachable at all

Read through the following threads which gave good ideas, but turning power management off for example (https://easylinuxtipsproject.blogspo...t.html#ID2.1.2) didn't help. Don't think it is a driver issue, as network functioned well before the update

Code:# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
# 127.0.0.53 is the systemd-resolved stub resolver.
# run "systemd-resolve --status" to see details about the actual nameservers.

nameserver 10.255.255.2
nameserver 127.0.0.53
Hope, someone has an idea where I can look further.

Many thanks in advance,
