Kali Linux kali-linux-2020.4-installer error on Virtual Box (Windows 1064bit)

I m installing Kali Linux kali-linux-2020.4-installer-amd64
on virtual box
my host system is windows 1064bit
16gb ram
120gb ssd
1tb hard drive...
i m getting same error i tried with an older version of kali linux also (iso image) but same error

Kernel package: linux-image-amd64
check/var/log/syslog or see virtual console 4 for the details
