Vivaldi install ?

I no longer have a browser and I'm trying to install vivaldi without success.

* computer is connected to the internet
* vivaldi package is downloaded and resides in 'downloads' directory
* cannot find a string of syntax that will install it

I've been using CentOS 6 for several years on my Dell Dimension 5150 (32-bit architecture) but have been notified that CentOS 6 has reached it's EOL.

I installed CentOS 8 - it crashed - it's written for 64-bit.
I installed CentOS 7 - it crashed - it's written for 64-bit.

I found that others needed a 32-bit OS and that a version of CentOS 7 has been released to provide this need. I downloaded it and it seems to work fine - except...

Firefox browser causes the OS to crash - it's written for 64-bit. So I need a browser that will run under CentOS 7.32.

I chose an early 32-bit version of vivaldi but I have to download the vivaldi program on my Optiplex 745 (64-bit) Ubuntu computer and use a USB stick to copy it over to my CentOS machine since there isn't any browser installed.

I had tried to write a line of code on my CentOS machine that would go out and retrieve the vivaldi program from their website and install it but I'm not versed enough to master the syntax to accomplish that.

I've been at it for several weeks to no avail. The last attempt was using someone else's line of code that was provided on the page:

http://www.attabot.org/linux/install...-ubuntufedora/

"sudo rpm -ivh vivaldi-stable_1.11.917.39-1_i386.deb"
[sudo] password for daxiquotient:
error: vivaldi-stable_1.11.917.39-1_i386.deb: not an rpm package (or package manifest):

Due to my lack of expertise in the command line text, I have to rely upon somebody else to write the line of code that is required but considering all the variables that exist, that has been elusive. (I'd like to be a 'power-user' but the time involved in doing so would likely place me into divorce court - thus my lack of progress over the years.)
