Okay I lied THIS is my favorite Special Kitty strip.

I'm not sure where (or if) there's a high-res version of that poster in the background, but it's a riff on the anti-smoking poster from the 80s (90s?) with a bunch of low-key photos of animals with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths, ending with the statement "You look just as stupid when you do it" or something close to that. Hands up if that rings a bell! It was a hell of a difficult search back in the day.
