XFCE4 works with root login only on BLFS SYSTEMD 10.0

Hi Everyone,
Still can't figure this out. When I login with root all of xfce4 works as
should. When I login as normal user power manager, usb drives and such
don't work. I had this happen a long time ago version 8.3 I think and can't remember what it took to get it to work. Any ideas on where I went wrong?
