Hi Everyone, from Bay Area

Okay, here goes. As my name indicates, I'm an older builder who worked in the aerospace industry as a computer systems analysis. When I worked, I programmed in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Assembly, and a tad of FORTRAN. During grad school, I started building computers (not my major); well now it's time to get off Windows and go for something stable reliable, and that I control...not to mention I know a lot of folks with mom & pop stores that are in need of a digital presence that won't break their dwelling bank accounts.
So here I am, wanting to learn Linux--relearn Unix.
