Police arrested a man Monday who they say broke into a Massachusetts mansion owned by Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, according to The Associated Press.

No one was home at the time of the break-in, and the man was found lying on a couch in the basement, Brookline police said. Officers responded to the home around 6 a.m. after a security company reported an intruder.

The former New England Patriots star moved to Florida this past offseason after ending a 20-year stint with the AFC East club but still owns the Massachusetts mansion, which is currently for sale.

Zanini Cineus, described by police as a 34-year-old homeless man, is facing charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, attempted larceny, and trespassing, according to Monica Madeja and Marc Fortier of NBC10 Boston.

Cineus was charged last year with stealing a $10,000 signed Brady jersey from the Patriots Hall of Fame. He was apprehended while wearing the jersey under a jacket near Gillette Stadium.
