Canon Printer Won't Connect/Print

Manjaro with Awesome WM (both up to date)
Canon Pixma TR4527 connected via USB and turned on
CUPS recognizes the printer as Local Printer
When I send a job to the printer nothing happens - no printing, no error message, no job in the queue.

cups 2.3.3-3

cnijfilter2 6.00-1
~ >>> systemctl is-enabled org.cups.cupsd.service
enabled
~ >>> systemctl is-enabled org.cups.cupsd.socket
