What California's Lockdown Means for Holiday Travel

If your holiday plans were going to take you to our nation's most populous state, it's past time to cancel. Roughly the whole southern half of California is under a lockdown order that prohibits nonessential travel, and it will likely remain in effect for the rest of the year.
