A suggestion for the LQ Job Marketplace

If you're an employer looking for staff, you can post a job ad there, but as far as I can tell, you can't if you're not an employer looking for staff.

My suggestion is to have a section where LQ members looking for an IT related job, particularly a Linux related job can post their interest in any upcoming IT/Linux related jobs. Rather than it just being for employers to post available positions on offer.

Is that something that could be considered?
