Back to Slack after 23 years!

Hi everyone,
First time poster, long time lurker here. I've been using Linux on and off for nearly a quarter of a century (and yet, I still feel like a newbie).
I've recently decided to try Slackware, my first distro, again and thought I'd use it is an opportunity to try and engage with the LQ community a bit!
