[LQ Blog] duplicate controle elements on top.

Good morning.
Future updates of the software should address the difficulty that you must scroll the blog entry to reach the edit-button, while it would often be more comfortable if the buttons were placed on top of the entry.
Edit: The same applies to the editor window, when an existing blog entry is modified.
I can imagine sophisticated solutions, but suggest to simply duplicate the button bar on top.

Edit: I had confused two situations, but my suggestion concerns the editor and as well the functions to access the editor.
