Concerning Debian Testing (KDE/Plasma) in December 2020

Yet again, I have installed the Testing distribution. But, of course, I seem to be having trouble with KDE/Plasma.
In KDE, I CANNOT get a menubar, not even with a <ctrl>m.
But I get a menubar in LXDE and XFCE
So, the simple question is "What's up with that?"
