Wireless auto-connection issues (NetworkManager)

Everything works fine most of the time until i have to wake the machine up from sleep or even reboot. I can still connect manually through nmtui or the nm-applet and other times the adapter is not visible at all until i restart networkmanager or manually reconnect the adapter. Let me know if there's anything i can post for reference.
