Hello to one and all!
by msharif from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5BRAV)
Good day folks!
I hope you all are doing well.
Just a very short intro to myself; I have been a Suse Linux Enterprise user but moving to RHEL. I don't have formal qualifications in Linux yet but I would like to work towards it.
At present I'm using CentOS and RHEL to learn. I have some CLI experience in Linux but I would like to change my career path to move Linux and Cybersecurity field. I don't have any experience in scriptin, programming or another area in the Linux.
My question to a Linux certified pro is where does one start? I understand the basics but what's the next step, if one needs experience and it's hard to land a job without experience.
So what are the 5-6 core areas of Linux (desktop/server) which will provide me with a Linux admin position?
Many thanks for your time to answer my query and I look forward to reading your replies.
