issues while trying to play videos on xbox that were produced on ffmpeg

hi,
i recently have encoded a .mkv video using ffmpeg on manjaro to "upscale" a video to a different resolution, however when i try to play the same video back on my xbox, it says Code:Can't play. This item was encoded in a format that's not supported. (0xc00d5212) is there a way to make it work with a different encoder maybe? or is there a specific variable that would make it work with ffmpeg? thanks!
