by Fallon Hewitt - Spectator Reporter from on (#5C0XX)
The first COVID-19 vaccinations are set to be administered in Hamilton this afternoon.
About 30 long-term-care workers will roll up their sleeves for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, according to a statement from Hamilton Health Sciences.
The clinic is not open to the public - only health-care workers from long-term-care facilities and other congregate living settings will be vaccinated at this time.
A media briefing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
