Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff may be unavailable for next week's season finale against the Arizona Cardinals, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Goff reportedly suffered a broken thumb on his throwing hand Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, according to NFL Network's Michael Silver and Ian Rapoport. He's set to undergo more tests Monday, Rapoport adds.

The signal-caller finished Sunday's contest despite also suffering a dislocation.

The Rams will likely turn to John Wolford against the Cardinals if Goff is unable to play. Wolford has yet to throw an NFL pass.

John Wolford is the Rams backup QB if Jared Goff is sidelined.

Wolford is a UDFA from Wake Forest in 2018 who spent last season on the practice squad. He has never played a regular season snap.

During training camp, Sean McVay said Wolford had Doug Floutie type" stuff in him.
