Rebooting gets stuck

After issuing "reboot" I get a string of "Stopped... service " until it gets stuck on
"Stopped thermal deamon service "
Anything to do with my "no fan motherboard" ?
It takes almost a minute to recover and continue to reboot.
Just asking...
No, I have not looked at actual CPU temperature.
If it ain't broke I cannot fix it.
