Questions Regarding Debian Testing (Bullseye) and the Plasma KDE desktop

Note: I had a stroke in 2011, and am brain damaged.

For some reason, I have files in my "Desktop" directory showing on my actual, physical, desktop under plasma.
Simple question: HOW DO I PREVENT THIS NONSENSE?!?!?!?!?!
What do I need to write/change a configuration file, or a "widget" to stop this from happening, as it is ruining my Debian/KDE experience.
