Setup NFTABLES Firewall (tools) on (Home) Work Station for NEWBIES ?

Hi!

I would be sorry if that question was previously asked here, but I get some issue with search tool :(

Shamely, I have to admit : I am brand new with Firewall.

I understand what it is for.

I read that Rules manager iptables has been replaced by nftables

and

I merely want to setup my first basic firewall on my Desktop (Debian) without headaches.

Please : Is there a way to achieve that ?
