Dark Mode Libre Office || Filde, Edit, View, Insert [Top Menu] Bar Missing?

Where "Untitled 2" is written, it seems the menu bar with "file" etc. are usually placed is missing
"Tools -> Options -> Application Colors and select Document background & Application" > Therefore isn't accessible, though I can't tell if it's a Libre upgrade [changed to icon pics?], or if this is just the same thing that happened when a KDE application was installed from the repo, but came out in a different language. Shortcuts? Suggestions? Will this work with Manjaro if I have the same problem? Dark mode must save your eyes in the long-run.
