Garuda wayfire

After having problems with manjaro ive decided to try Garuda.ive downloaded the iso and followed the Balena Etcher steps to burn the iso to the usb drive.i tried this once and then all seemed to work fine i changed the boot order .Booted to the Garuda home page conected wifi clicked on install garuda and nothing.Now i tried to copy the iso again but manjaro is asking what program i want to open balena etcher in .Attachment 35136
