Annoying issue with Gnome Disks

I have a Windows install on this box, and I don't want the Windows partitions to show in Nemo - but they are persisting even after I've edited Gnome Disks to not show them.
Why would that be, and is there a better alternative to Gnome Disks to clean up Nemo?
