The Cleveland Browns didn't produce any new positive COVID-19 tests on Wednesday, head coach Kevin Stefanski said, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The Browns also didn't identify any high-risk close contacts after multiple members of the organization tested positive for the virus Tuesday, including Stefanski.

The sideline boss, offensive lineman Joel Bitonio, and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge won't participate in Sunday's wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Stefanski added that he's feeling fine since contracting the virus, according to The Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot. He also serves as the club's play-caller, and Stefanski said offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt will handle those duties Sunday.

"I put my finger on a chart and I read, it's not very hard, so Alex Van Pelt can do that much better than I can," the coach said, according to Nate Ulrich of the Beacon Journal.

The Browns have been dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak recently, losing the majority of their receiving group for Week 16, and multiple defenders for the season finale.

Cleveland's matchup against the Steelers is its first playoff game in 18 years.
