[SOLVED] Kernel panic after slackpkg upgrade

I used slackpkg with upgrade-all after making an install of 14.2 64 via setup2hd on LiveSlak. Everything went fine with that. After the install, I forgot to blacklist kernels in the blacklist file and started the slackpkg process to get everything up to date, since the LiveSlack I used was a few months old. I'm not sure, but I think not blacklisting kernels before starting slackpkg upgrade-all was part of the problem. I realized mid-process and looked at the list of files being upgraded via upgrade-all. I was worried about what would happen if I killed the process while it was running. There were no kernel-generic* or whatever in the list of packages, but there was a kernel-header in the list. I didn't think that would hurt anything.

Anyway, a pic of the kernel panic is attached. I tried using the USB bootstick that was created during the install to start as well and that didn't work. I included an image of that as well. It got stuck at that screen. I'm unsure what to do... do I need to start over again and reinstall?
