device eth0 doesn't seem to be present, delaying initialization

Hi,
I deployed VM with RHEL 5.7 32bit in Hyper-V which is running in Windows server 2012 R2. By using system-config-network command, I assigned the IP address. When I restart the network service, it says "device eth0 doesn't seem to be present, delaying initialization".
Can anyone pls help me how to fix this.
