The Cleveland Browns will be down another starter for Sunday's playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after safety Ronnie Harrison tested positive for COVID-19, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

The Browns added Harrison to the COVID-19 list. They also activated safety Andrew Sendejo off the reserve group. Sendejo will likely replace Harrison and play alongside Karl Joseph.

Harrison is the latest member of the Browns organization who will miss the contest due to the virus, joining head coach Kevin Stefanski, left guard Joel Bitonio, and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge.

Cornerback Denzel Ward and linebacker Malcolm Smith also remain on the COVID-19 list, and their availability for Sunday is uncertain.

The Browns have been unable to practice with their facility closed since Tuesday. The team is also unlikely to return Thursday, according to The Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot.

Virus concerns and the lack of practice have made preparation for Wild Card Weekend difficult for the Browns. Quarterback Baker Mayfield admitted he hasn't thrown a pass since last Sunday but said the club will have to "adapt and play," according to ESPN's Jake Trotter.

Cleveland will take on Pittsburgh in its first playoff game in 18 years.
