Update / upgrade issue - again? Just FYI

I am posting this just in case anybody is curious.

I will freely admit that I am not sure if it is a rerun of recent updating issue. That one eventually went away without really indicating why it was happening.
If it is a rerun, I do not want to get into it again - it is not causing visible problems so why bother to fix it.
( Maybe it will go away just like the last one did )

However - I really like to know if I am setup for "automatic update " ( I have no idea how to check / verify that ) - why I do not see similar messages when that must be failing.
