Changing Window Button Layout

Hello!
I just installed Linux Mint Xfce 20.1 on my Laptop.
Is there any way to change the design of those Window Buttons (shown in the picture attached)? I'm looking for a button design that has bigger symbols and with more contrast.
I couldn't find any option about that in the settings menu.
