Wanting to try out SparkyLinux, but having problems giving my Sparky ISO File to VirtualBox.

Hi Everyone
I'm running a 64-bit version of MxLinux 19.3 on a Toshiba laptop. I'm interested in trying out SparkyLinux. I burned a DVD, so I have an ISO File of SparkyLinux. I just recently put virtualBox on my laptop, so I still have gaps in my knowledge as to how to get it to work. I believe I know most of the necessary steps needed to install SparkyLinux in VB. I have two problems/questions.
First, early in the setup process; the part where one has to fill out: Name; Type; and Version. I'm concerned about the version part because it will only let me select 32-bit distros. The version on MxLinux that I have running on my laptop is, again, 64-bits, and the ISO File of sparkyLinux that I downloaded is 64-bits, so I believe I should be installing a 64-bit version of SparkyLinux in VirtualBox, right? So, that's a problem.
Second, I'm having trouble telling VirtualBox where my DVD ISO File of SparkyLinux is. I believe this step is supposed to be taken care of when one gives VirtualBox info having to do with "storage".
Anyway, This is me. I work on things, but I have some gaps in my knowledge
about this "stuff". I like it. It is keeping me sane, and happy right now.
Thank you for your time
