Password issue & I cannot get to Grub
by CurrentWave from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5D5AE)
Hello all -
Well, I cannot remember my password, and what I had written down isn't working. I am logged in, but of course every turn I take asks for Authorization, and I'm stuck.
So I looked up what to do, but all instructions say to use GRUB to access recovery mode - and no matter what F-key I press I cannot get to that GRUB screen.
I went into my set up page, and looked around, but I cannot see anywhere to access bootlog? All I can do is change the boot order from USB to blah blah blah.
I tried to install GRUB, but you guessed it it asks for my password - yikes
Your help is much appreciated ~ Thank you!
