Printer cutting top and bottom off!

I am using Ubuntu MATE with a Brother MFC-J4410DW printer.
This has been a great combination. Somewhere during updating, things went awry. Whenever I print from LibreOffice or a browser, the top and bottom of the document are cut off. I reinstalled the driver to make sure that I had the latest one, but nothing changed. I sent test pages to the printer, and the edges print perfectly. I have tried changing the settings till I am blue in the face, and nothing changes. I hope someone recognizes the issue and has some advice.
