Gimp does not open

I am running Leap 15.1 and trying to open Gimp that I just installed. Nothing appears to happen when I try to open it from the menu. So I go to the command line and enter gimp-2.10 %U. At that point I get an error:
Code:gimp-2.10: error while loading shared libraries: libmypaint-1.4.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directoryI then run zypper refresh and everything is up to date.
I then run zypper info libmypaint:
Code:package 'libmypaint' not found.
