fluxbox toolbar bug?

anyone able to help with this issue? the toolbard is set for rightcenter & autohide, but the thing is it shows up on the left but out from the edge. it only seem to do this when either set for righttop,rightcenter,rightbottom. all the other options seem to show up fine. this happens on archlinux,artix and I tried new install and defaults but it still occurs.
