Debian LVM server going down with unknown partition table error message.

Hi all,
I have a linux debian server that has been working without a hitch until this weekend. The server has an LVM with two sata drives sda and sdb. Basically the server has been restarting multiple times over the weekend, with the error sdb: unknown partition table as the last entry in the syslog and kern.log files.
From what I have read, this could be a sign that the partition table could be going bad.
I restarted the server cold this morning and has been up, but the error message still comes up every 5 minuttes
I have been trying to look for a solution, but came up empty handed.
If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreaciated.
