[SOLVED] Is DDR4 A Synchronous DRAM?

I need to upgrade my PC. The ram it uses is DDR4 SDRAM 2666MHZ.

I've seen some ads on amazon. But they don't have the words SDRAM or Synchronous.

I see DRAM only. Below is an example ad description

It says DDR4 DRAM. Is this DRAM synchronous even though the word synchronous is not use? There are many ads like this.
