My VM is not connected to internet, so virtualbox must be the culprit

My VM is not connected to internet, so virtualbox must be the culprit of changing its clock. I want a different date! How do i stop virtualbox from doing this adjust? I did not find this information in its options for VMs.
The slave OS had the internet clock adjust turned off, but after a reboot, the clock was fixed again. So, i turned off all internet for it, and the problem repeated! This is enough to put the blame on virtual, i think. Right?
