Did linux Mint 20.1 Mate removed transcode from its repos?

Hi
the transcode package was available in linux mint 19.
In LM 20.1 it is not. I always checksum the iso before writing to a usb.
below is an apt search:

p xfonts-100dpi-transcoded - 100 dpi fonts for X (transcoded from ISO 1
p xfonts-75dpi-transcoded - 75 dpi fonts for X (transcoded from ISO 10I tried mythtv-transcode-utils but it didn't have the tcextract command which is part of the transcode package.
Is transcode a dead project, no longer developed?
