autoconf-2.71 (test)

I tested autoconf-2.71 to see if the 4 packages which didn't build with autoconf-2.70 were in better shape.
On the 4 packages, only one can build: vorbis-tools
The 3 others (motif, hunspell and gtk+2) have no better result with this version of autoconf.
Next time maybe.
