How to upgrade Unity

Ubuntu 20.04 lts user already booting into Unity.
I want to upgrade to this latest version of Unity (created by the 10 year old, called remix?)
I don't want to use the ISO file, from the website, and do some type of clean installation.
I'm already logging in/using Unity on my Ubuntu 20.04 lts system.
How do I simply upgrade to the latest stable version of Unity and keeping all my files and such as is?
