First time install on i7 - OP sys not found,..?

Hi,.. Trying to install Debian 10 on a i7. Got my bootable USB with Disc Image 'debian-10.7.0-amd64-netinst' on it.
BIOS can't find it,... "An Operating System wasn't found".
I'm sure its a basic step I'm missing,... sorry,.. very green.!
Any help would be greatly appreciated,.. cheers :)
