Removing applications from startup in Centos 8?

I downloaded Skype and Microsoft Teams for my Centos 8 system.

The problem is they launch upon startup and I don't want this.

This is probably a stupid question but I can't find any information that addresses this.

I looked at the init.d/functions file and I could find no code that would indicate those programs should be launched.

Is there some malware in Microsoft products for linux that does this?

My system specs are: CentOS Linux release 8.3.2011 64-bit
