Help with bridging interfaces

I am trying to run snort inline on my Ubuntu 20 server. enp4s0 is my internal interface, and enp3s0 is my external-facing interface (to the Internet). It looks like the interfaces are not bridged because when I run snort, traffic is not blocked, then when I quit snort, traffic is still being passed through. How can I accomplish this?
