Have a laptop and deleted the windows 10 portion it has a Insyde H20 bios

Now I can not figure out how to install any Linux distro. As a Mac user i am not used to dealing with a BIOS at all. I am not sure what settings I need to use. I really want to move to Linux. I plan on using this laptop to get used to it and then sell my MBP and get a desktop used for Linux. If anyone can help me I would really thrilled.
