Issue making SSL work

Hi All :
I'm configuring an apache server: apache version 2.4.6., have httpd24_mod_ssl-2.4, and mod_ssl loaded in httpd.conf. I have ssl.conf in httpd/conf.d. The problem: when I run httpd -t, I see "undefined symbol: ap_array_str_contains. Am I missing some software? Thank you all.
