I am unable to run /execute "Disks"

This is my OS

@a-desktop:~$ uname -a
Linux a-desktop 5.8.0-41-generic #46~20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jan 18 17:52:23 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
a@a-desktop:~$

..and this is a response from gnome-disks

@a-desktop:~$ gnome-disks

(gnome-disks:17041): GNOME-Disks-ERROR **: 16:04:54.255: Error getting udisks client: Timeout was reached
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
a@a-desktop:~$ disks

Command 'disks' not found, did you mean:

command 'diskd' from deb fdutils (5.5-20060227-8)

Try: sudo apt install <deb name>

a@a-desktop:~$ Disks
Disks: command not found
a@a-desktop:~$

I did "sudo install ..." and received "..installed..latest version..."
I did uninstall and installed / rebooted ....

Same problem , won't execute...

Runs as expected from Ubuntu 16.07 ISO file...

Any suggestions , beside "file a bug " or "use XYZ , it works "?latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=LKgDiqRjeJc:nT-pe71RNf0:F7zBnMy latest?i=LKgDiqRjeJc:nT-pe71RNf0:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=LKgDiqRjeJc:nT-pe71RNf0:gIN9vFwLKgDiqRjeJc
